I dont know about that PTO interchange. While the port bolt pattern will be right, the gears/mesh may be all wrong. Your best bet is to contact a dealer who sells the PTO you have. Provide them with numbers off the PTO and T Case Info.
Have you figured out how to mount a Emergency/Parking Brake ? I make my own disk ebrake that gets mounted on the NP-205. Works slick and is short bucks.

I use that mechanical caliper. Cut a disk out of .375" plate, cut the center to match the output yoke on the NP-205. Have a machinist turn the disk true, run a cable to the ebrake handle and your good to go. Tsmmfg also has ebrake ratchet handles on their site, but I doint have a direct link for that part.
