Increasing the tilt of the booster to about 6-degrees and spinning it 180 gave me the clearance I needed from the injector lines.

Only remaining issues are the horizontal clearance with the intake elbow, and the return fitting might need to be swapped with a 90 to help clear the block.

I'm thinking a newer MC with the plastic tank that mounts on top will give me the room I need. Just need to see if I can return the one I have and find an equivalent MC from something newer.
