Look at pictures 8&9. These pictures were on the hydroboost used on my Caryrall and eventually on my FFPW. I found that a 8 degree up tilt was needed to clear the injection pump. Real Estate between the JWAC and Master Cyl is only .750" Its close but nothing moves so its fine.
I woudl suggest you keep the MC Level. The hydroboost can be mounted at any clock angle.
However you will probably need a adapter as seen in my pictures between the MC and Hydroboost to allow your chosen clock angle and at the same time keep the MC level. Of ourse this will also require making the push rod between the hydroboost and MC longer.
