Joe, I went with the 9x17 rims because they fit the budd centers very well. The tire selection for 17" was better and the tire guy said the 16.5 tires were going to go away. I bought B F Goodrich 40x14.50R17LT tires (and they were expensive-$820 ea). The 40" Goodyears were listed cheeper but not available. Tire guy said they were listed cheeper because that was price the last time the tires were made. Now the truck is comfortable at 45 mph (5.83 gears). Yes it is the RED swivle frame Tom Jacobs had for sale in Dec 2011. Again Tom gets all the credit for the trucks condition
