I use Buna o rings and fuel pump diaphragms. My diaphragm has be pumping gas for at least 29 months now.
Buna is the cheap black o rings that are NOT the deluxe Neoprene- which is NOT good for gas or alchy.
Buna has been around since WWII.
I just can't see that anything out there is NOT good for alcy.
Besides, there are no rubber parts in a B&B carb kit are there? Leather pump cup, paper gaskets?
But alchy has water in it. Which causes some corrosion to metal parts. Like zinc carb bodies and steel line? Though I don't think that is anybody's real concern.
