I picked up a copy of Dodge Pickups by Don Bunn & Tom Brownwell .In ch 11 pg.185 shows Bruce Horkey center punching the spot welds attached to the angle to the box.I have tried to strip the rust off by sanding, resulting in a bright metal finish .I can't see any spot welds, I can only guess .Do I need to sand blast? I have 58' PG. Thanks BK
