JYD, in answer to the questions, there were a few made, yes they are rare, I have not ever heard any numbers though, the 4.89 gearing sounds right as the early wcs, were 4.89s and yes they were speical order, although I've not heard of any being ordered by an individual. hope this helps get a handle on it.
