Thanks JYD. In a letter from a former owner he wrote "The truck, as it was equipped, and presented for judging at various fire-functions, parades etc. has been a consistent trophy winner , even as late as 1997.
I appreciate the offer for the bed. If I can't locate a 9' bed, I'll be in touch.
