Heres the hook " having paid for my house already" . Thats the greed hook typical of all scams. Builds up the scammer as a prosperous individual capable of paying for a house, so in theory he should be able to afford your services. Heck if he got enough money to pay for a house , heres the hook, I mr contractor can overcharge hin for all those kitchens and bathrooms. Thats how greed scams work.
