Larry, when I tried to reply to your email, it was undeliverable. Here is my response.
"If the studs are all there and in good shape, you can use them to install the hubs. Some people choose to do this.
If you want to remove the studs, you can put two nuts on the stud and lock them against each other - then back the stud out with the inside nut. If they still don't want to budge, use a little penetrating oil and heat. And, as a last resort, you can weld a nut to the end of the stud. The heat from the welding will help to break it loose and then you can back them out. A combination of those methods has always worked for me no matter how rusted they are.
