You don't need to change the orfice tube. The compressor and dryer is all you need to change. Actually depending on the state you have to have a liscense to buy R134a. I know Harbor Freight sells gauges, vacums and 134. One thing you need to watch for is imitation 134 thats out now. It has propane in it and not 134. I took the classes for my liscense here in CA and just haven't taken the test yet
