Couple of things just don't look right. The obvious such as the missing grill piece and the dash gauges. Is the axle correct for '59? I didn't know you could get bud wheels on the '59s. The paint job looks pretty bad, overspray on the radiator and the interior,etc. I would have filled all the holes first. Other than that the cab looks pretty good overall.
