Nice view of the inside of the engine. You mention it being taken by a Harbor Freight tool. Is it one of those $100 borescopes?
Anyway, it looked like there were a few red-brown areas of rust, but most of it looked pretty clean to me. It's hard to tell if those rusty areas are excessively rusty, but I don't think so. Based on what I saw, it seemed to be pretty good.
