If you have the bed off put some supports across the frame and tip the cab over backwards, it will clear the wheel. Other way depends how much overhead clearance you have, you can lift it up and over the wheel - works both ways. Last time I used a combination of both by lifting from overhead with a strap around the header panel, it tilted the cab about 45 degrees as I lifted it - worked fine but you have to go up a long way.
