f a sling through the cab won't work dur to limited hoist travel, I've used a 4x4 through the windows fore and aft, with a hole drilled partially through, and a big bolt sticking up from the end of my engine hoist. Stick the bolt into the hole, and keep jacking.
Other idea that I have not tried, is to remove the 4 steering box bolts, and turn the wheel to the right until the wheel is down as low as it goes.
You may want to install some looong 5/8" bolts with double nuts into the cab mount holes, as short legs. It's a bummer to bend up the rocker panels while getting ready for restoration.
