OT - 98 Dodge wet pass side floor

I am noticing that my passenger side floor carpet is getting wet.

Thinking it has something to do with the a/c, blocked or split condensation drain line?

Seems to be wet at the front on the drivers seat mounts.

Ideas are welcome.
