Hmmm, my truck has a plate riveted to the front left side of the frame with the titled vin number stamped into it. The cab plate is missing. I wonder if I'm going to have problems titling it in Illinois... Should I get a repro cab plate from vpw and stamp in the numbers before they send a sheriff to check it out? It has a valid PA title right now...
