My 2007 5.7 Hemi Power Wagon 'check engine' light came on. I drove to my local mechanic. He plugged in a code reader and it said 'large vapor leak.' He said "No big deal, come back Monday morning."

A friend said 'check yer gas cap.'

D'oh. I must have loosened it when I washed the truck Friday morning. It was barely on.

Is there a way to reset the 'check engine light' without disconnecting the battery so I don't lose all my radio/U-Connect/clock settings?
