I am not in as hot a climate as you but I used to do tons of summer offroading up in the mountains and the other brands of rigs all had overheating issues on the trails and I never did with my 6 blades. that is with temps in the 90s. So might have been the same with 4 blades but I never wanted to find out. I will build my next one with a 6 blade also.
