New Process Gear started out as New Process Rawhide.

New Process Gear was actualy owned by Willys-Overland before it was owned by Chrysler Corporation. I guess in a way we owe thanks to the Jeep guys for the transmissions, transfer cases, and belt pulley drives on our Dodge Power-Wagons! ;^)
