there's NOT 150-200 planes waiting for a NATIONAL disaster like this,, every year,,, we see this.. and millions of losses.. why not UN-mothball some of those cargo planes and re-outfit them?? for NATIONAL DISASTERS..?? FUNDS i know.. politics what a mess this countries in!!
