i found another pic of linda chiva and she has the same wheels(duals) as the green one you show
but it looks to me as if linda shiva does not have fwd
my guess is there was an assembly plant in Colombia that assembled maybe for various manufacturer´s and sometimes they put together whatever they wanted
a lot of colombian women in my town of jaco costa rica
