I agree with Kaegi. I test drove a gas powered one once, got on a straight road and it seemed to take for ever to get up to the last gear. I remember thinking to myself, if I buy this thing, what in the world will I do with it.
I have hauled off old Power Wagons that looked like there was nothing left salvagable and I don't remember ever having that same thought.
What about a Pinzgauer? I have never driven one but I have been told the are pretty cool and not so big.
