His remarks say a lot about his lack of customer service. I didnt say anything any different than what I said in this early post. I didnt feel I was burning any bridges when I sent the email, but he certainly burnt the bridge.
There is precious little they have that cant be bought elsewhere, and I will.
I own my own business and would never have treated a customer with a complaint by ignoring their issue and telling them I didnt want their business. Maybe thats how you are used to doing business, but not me.
