Not all Chelsea Series 352 are reversible or as they call it Bi-Directional. You can buy a Chelsea 352, one direction only or bi directional. The main difference is a lot of dollars.
On my last 2 trucks, I went with single direction, power in only. I have to plans to hoist and lower items, no plans to lower my truck off Niagara Falls. I just want to pull. The cost savings was large.
