Thanks for all the replies! I am really on the fence on this. I've seen a lot of good looking flatbeds, but I'd like a Dodge bed if possible. It does measure at seven feet-ish, and I like the way it looks more than a flat bed, but I don't want to get set up into FrankenBed land...so I might ultimately weld up a flatbed. Living in Central California causes me to miss out on a good, inexpensive supply of hardwood. And, I will be checking the Archives...probably should've done that first!!
