Alcohol is not hard to make, and not hard to convert a truck to run on. It's not rocket science - just ask any moonshiner. It's the future government controls in the name of the environment, ie: anti-alcohol, anti-IC engine, that may be hard to get around.
And I'm not planning to retire on the value of my Power Wagon.
