One of the things done here with engine swaps is to go to an exhaust shop and get a cross-over pipe made up, then just connect with short hoses. The pipe can have mounting brackets welded on to hold it in place, heater outlet welded/brazed/soldered in, etc. Might get you what you need for awhile and cheap.
