I had a local truck 'friction shop' do mine for about the same price as VPW, but didn't have to pay shipping BOTH WAYS.
That shop glued the linings on, then drilled and riveted, then arced to my drums.
One thing to caution about is that the max drum diameter is 14.220. Don't let a machinist tell you they are NFG at 14.060 when they were 14.125 new. But I don't turn drums EVER. Why waste rare iron?
