Take the clutch cover off and have a look if it's the rear main seal (most likely) or the pan gasket. If it's the rear main seal, it can be done with the engine in place, but very difficult. First job is to check the crankcase ventilator system is working properly - if there's any blockage pressure builds inside the engine and forces oil out.
