The exhaust seats on the M37 230 are already hardened inserts. Exhaust valves are the most vulnerable to unleaded gas. Intakes can wear, but at a much slower rate due to taking less heat.
I don't claim to be an expert on civilian 230 & 251 engines, so I cannot say with certainty that the exhaust seats are hardened on the civie engines. Would seem odd for Dodge to recognize the problem on a military 230 but not address it on a civie 230.
