can't help you with radial sizing , but if you are contemplating duals, make sure stockton can get you the required offset/ or backspacing,, seems to me i posed a similar question using centers from 20 inch wheels, and they told me they could not get the back spacing,, do not remember why.
also do you really need radials?? bias ply ride a little different, and may follow contours in the road more, but they arn't all that bad.
