If you find some brackets I recommend some Hella H4s. They are legal (well, sort of), very bright, fantastic cutoff line on low beam, and offer wattages from 55/60 to 55/100, 80/100 and higher. Although bulbs with high beam wattages over 100W tend to burn out quickly. These are in 12V; in 24V they are only available in 70/75W.
Try asking for some M37 headlight buckets. They are insulated with 4 rubber mounts that are much stronger (with 4 mounting bolts thru the bracket and fender, and thru the rubber isolators) than the standard civilian PW potmetal bracket that holds the bucket. They'll look the same except up close and though they're "not original" they are Dodge, after all - and better!
