Light bulb an info?

Looking for light bulb or correct no,for high beam indicator for WC56 Command Car. Also right above sterring colume there is a switch. The nob says search an trouble it is not hooked up any ideas?? Truck came from France in the early 80S. Any info please!!! Thanks Bill.PS truck is 12volts.
