No, it won't fit. The later Power Wagons, and all M-37's had the New Process 420 transmission, which has some helical gears. The early flatfender Power Wagons had a New Process transmission with all straight cut gears, and as a result they won't be able to mesh with the later pto. The opening may be a different size, too.
