I currently have a 99 cummins mwith a 24 valve my brotheer has a2001 24V with the High output. The base difference is a little more horsepower and you can only get the H.O> with a 6speed they say the auto want hold up mine gets alittle more fuel mileage and is equiped with a 5speed they are bopth duellys and equipped the same his pulls a little better due to the tranny but the power is not real noticeable they are geared trhe same his is 4wd mine is not.
