Mac's Antique Auto Parts (macsautoparts.com) 1-800-777-0948 has one. Part number V11654B $9.00. The knob is tan plastic but the rest of the switch is much like the original including a fuse on it. Not bad for $9.00. It's for a Ford 42-48 pickup.
