Yes, and no... It was built, and was mobile under its own power, but was a camper in reality. It was built by a shiek who appreciated the pioneering work that POWERWAGONS performed establishing his countrys' vast petroleum fortunes. It looked like a giant powerwagon on the outside but finished to be a giant camper on the inside.
