As a newbie I hadn't heard about this book. Duh. Just did a search and Amazon has some available. You are right about the prices going up. There is one new one for $458 plus shipping. I bought one in "very good" used condition for $65. They will not get cheaper.
Does anyone know if Bunn wrote a book on B-2 Power Wagons? He has a book that covers B-2 trucks, but it doesn't include the Power Wagon.
