I just removed the cutting tip from the handle and connected a welding tip. With the welding tip, everything works. It seems as though the problem must be in the cutting tip (valve, or?) However, the welding tip requires a lot less gas and oxygen to work, so I guess the problem could still be in the handle. I guess it's back to the repair center. :(
