solid truck

Looks like a very solid truck. Really just minimal surface rust on the major components. Only thing that jumps out at me is that the cab is rotted at the bottom rear. The passenger's side hood probably doesn't open because the front cab mount on that side is rotten, and the cab has dropped. I would second the motion to look for swelling or rust-jacking between the layers of the double walled frame sections
