Other than typical bed wood root, I see a thermostat housing that doesn't look right, and typical back of cab bottom rust. But the oddity to me was the little canister with I think fuel lines along the inside of the bed rail. Not sure what it is. But I don't see any red flags.
What does the rest of the truck look like?
