Two options.
Option 1
Replace bell housing and trams fom later model PW. One with NP 420 trams. Will bolt right in
Option 2
Keep your current bell housing and get a NP 420 trams from an earlier M37. That transmission should have the same bolt pattern as you WC. I did this with my 51 PW which has the same bolt pattern as the WCs. It had the afta non synchro trans. It was straight bolt in but was less work as the bell housing was not replaced. It works great.
