2006 Dodge Power Wagon I know, we all love our old PW’s but there comes a time when you appreciate power steering, brakes and Hemi power in addition to all the traditional PW attributes.
This 2006 PW comes equipped with a 6 speed manual transmission, so you can enjoy just a tad of gear noise to remind you of its heritage but, enjoy a fully synchronized gear mesh to deal with modern traffic.
The truck sits on BFG KA2 Mud Terrains, 35 inch, just a little higher than factory, helps in the heavy wet soils in my part of Michigan. Tire are 85% and just 5.5% larger circumference than stock tires. (Speedo is not corrected) You pull about 2450 RPM at 70 MPH with the 4.56 rear axle. A very comfortable highway ride.
This truck gets 12.5 MPG consistently with mixed driving. Interior and exterior in good shape, non-smoker, nothing stained or worn fabric. It has had seat covers on it since new, SLT trim level, no leather, no sun roof. (It’s a PW!)
Never any body work, 74,300 original miles. I did have bottom 6 inches covered in bed liner material and painted over to provide stone chip protection back around 40K miles. It comes with all the factory PW drive line, winch, etc… Absolutely nothing wrong with the truck, 2nd owner since first 19K miles.
All scheduled maintenance, new U joints in front axle and greaseable u joints in rear. This was my daily driver for several years when I drove just 20 miles to work. I never towed anything but an occasional single axle utility trailer.
Things change, don’t have a need for heavy truck any longer. Great opportunity for someone who wants a modern PW. Clear, clean Michigan title.
