Can someone provide a picture of the proper arrangement of the throttle linkage/lever/cam on the butterfly shaft? I think that the throttle lever and idle adjust lever on mine are not original. The idle adjust lever looks like it was made for a smaller shaft. Both are made of stamped sheet metal, and in the pictures I have seen, the throttle lever appears to be cast aluminum. I also suspect they may have been assembled backwards, so that they offset the wrong way. I was having trouble with the throttle sticking, and I found that the geometry was such that the rod from the bellcrank was binding against the lever for the hand throttle. The rod was also at a significant angle, due to the arrangement on the butterfly shaft.
I do not have a governor, and my hand throttle uses a rod instead of cable.
Thanks,
Greg
