No, but I had the cover off one to clean the gunk and rust out, and I looked at the instructions, and it looks pretty straightforward. I think you just drive out a pin and the pieces come apart. I suppose if it's old and rusty you need to apply the usual de-rusting tricks and swear at it some, but it doesn't look any harder than a carb or fuel pump overhaul.
