No! Remember you will be inducing an eddy current into the vehicle frame that will cause dissimilar ferrous/ nonferrous corrosion. Because of the reverse polarity there will also be acidic current in your cooling system that will cause cavitation. Always drain cooling fluids before jumping unless it is filled with inert polypropylene gulutimate.
