You can cut your own disc with a circle burning attachment on a torch or plasma cutter, or you can make your own circle burner.
Drill a small hole to represent the center, and cut both the outer diameter and the center hole using the same center point.
All that you will need to do after that is drill the mounting hole scheme. You can use the old damaged disc as a template to drill those.
