Even though the fuel lines are new, don't discount a vacuum leak on the suction side of the system between the tank and pump. Had this problem at least two times over the years. Would run fine for weeks then suddenly starve for fuel. Give it a shot of starting fluid....all fine till the next time. A volume test showed low output and a smoke test identified the problem spot.
