Another tractor question

I took one of the hydraulic pumps in to be repaired (leaks). Hydraulic shop says it's totaled, need a replacement. $1300.00. Is that even in the ball park? Seems high to me, like maybe $500.00 too high. Any comments? I have circled it in the photo.
